Event Link provides instant up to date information access of a promotions status (sales promotions, survey promotions, on-air promotions etc). The promotions department would maintain this area.

Programmes and promotional departments can now easily update Station Events from their office, which immediately updates the Sales, Reception or DJ's through the event viewer facility. Create, copy or clone Events, plus look at Past, Active or Future Events.
