If you have a support question please follow this process:
- Can one of LinkStudio's provided support devices answer your question?
- The next step is to present the question to the system administrator, if the system administrator cannot answer the question please forward the question to our eCentre.
- When a question is directed to the LinkStudio - eCentre try to ensure you provide us with as much detailed information as possible. Please go through the following method prior to forwarding a support issue.
LinkStudio operates with an error handler. The job of the error handler is to look track an error which provides the our programming and support team a clear detailed account of the
error.
Either write the error down "word for word" or do a screen capture of the error by pressing down the alt key and then also pressing the Print Screen key. Paste the screen capture into
Microsoft Word save it, then email through to support.
Prior to sending the file check to see if you can recreate the error on the machine where it originated and then try to recreate the error on another machine. The purpose behind this methodology is the error may be caused due to local conditions of the machine as opposed to the LinkStudio software.
If the error remains please notify us as soon a possible so we can provide a solution.
